What's going on with my mind?
This has been bothering me for a few days now, and I'm just wondering if anyone can give me any suggestions as to what it might be...
For the past few days, I've been having flashbacks to events that never happened, but my mind is convinced that they did. I'll have a flashback for about 2 seconds, and then I'll snap out of it, not remembering what I was just thinking about. It's kind of like I'm having deja vu, but it's not the same feeling at all, as I'm convinced the event never happened, but my mind is telling me otherwise.
Does anyone know what this could be? Any suggestions would help. Thank you.
