For about two weeks my sleep schedule has been awful. I end up going to bed at 3 - 4 am most nights and waking up at 1 - 3 pm!
School starts next Tuesday for me and I'd like to start getting up at 8 (I'm homeschooled, so my schedule is a lot more flexible) and going to bed by 11. How do I do it?
