  • Is it Bullying, Racism or Assault or all three? ?

First I want to apologize for the length of this question..

This is a question for all 9 yr old white male comes in door from school after riding bus home. Seems upset so his mother asks what the problem is. He states to girls scratched and hit him on the bus.. so here is the whole story from him…

He and his African American friend were sitting together on the bus. Two girls one African American and the other of mixed decent were picking on another boy on the bus. The white male and his friend saw what was happening and commented that the girls were acting “stupid”. The girls heard this and decided that they did not like what was said. The girls made a statement to my son “he needed to move to the front of the bus because he was white”. They proceeded to hit him in the side of the head and scratch him on the shoulder face and arms. As well as hit at his friend who put his arm up trying to protect the white male.. his friend..

When my son told me his story, the mother immediately took pictures of all the scratches and bruises on the white male and contacted the school. The schools VP said she would talk to all of the kids involved and see about pulling the tape if one was available on the bus. She phoned me the next afternoon and stated that the storied were different. The girls were saying the white male had called them B****** and said the F ** word.. And that they did not make the comment about him needing to move to the front of the bus. Where as the boys are younger than the girls and the feeling the mother got from the VP was that the boys are lying and that they were the cause of the problem.

It has now been almost a week and the VP has not punished the girls for what they did and has not called the mother back about the situation. The mother however has spoken to people at the school offices and found out that the tape on the bus was not available because it was not there. The girls are still riding the bus so no punishment has been given to them for what they did. However the white child and is friend now have assigned seats on the bus to keep them away from the girls.

The mother has pictures of the damage done by the girls. And here was a statement she was told today.. The VP had asked the white male if he did the injuries to himself….

I am asking for all of your assistance on this. What would you do in this situation? And what would you consider it Bullying? Racism? and / or Assault?

  • SPRINT wireless customers.. what would you do if they were sharing your private information with others?

I have a Sprint cell phone. On my account there are two numbers mine and my husbands.. At one time my husband had his cell phone tied to a friends line under their family share plan. In Aug 07 Sprint had a computer issue and my husbands number was showing up on his friends account information on their website. and my husband was receiving phone calls from Sprint about his friends phone. These two phones have not been on the same account for over 2 yrs. I spent over 10 hours on the phone with Sprint trying to get this fixed. It took over a month and our phone information was given to this other person as well as his information to my husband. This is a violation of the privacy act and Sprint has not even apologized for this. What would you do? I was considering contacting an attorney to see if we have any rights because of the information be shared was private. I also found out that it was not just my account that was affected that many others were. Sprint customers be warned. Plz share
