I work for a company that takes a lot of phone orders. Over the phone we write down credit card numbers and expiry dates and save them on the computer.

I am pretty sure it is illegal to store credit card details after a transaction has taken place but my boss does not seem to think so.

Can anyone clear this up for me?

I have a 2.5kg bucket of gum paste that has a best before date of October 2012. I understand that it wont necessarily go bad but the quality wont be the best. How long could I still use it for before it is no really no good? A month? 6 months? A year?

I am making cupcakes with swirly chocolate sticks as decoration for mormons who do not consume alcohol but i need to pipe melted chocolate into a freezing cold liquid for a decorating technique.

The only thing I can think of is vodka but if I use it will any alcohol be absorbed into the chocolate or will the chocolate remain alcohol free?

I need to get rid of the alcohol in vodka and then i need it to be icy cold, but if I boil the alcohol out will it freeze solid or will it still maintain a liquid consistency?

In the film clip it is a guy that looks a lot like Christopher Walken dancing around what looks like a hotel lobby or something like that and from what I remember there is no one else there I dont think. It is a techno/dance song from the 90's.
