To start out with I am 22yr old Female I weigh damn near 290lbs at a height of 5'11 I'd like to lose 150 been big all my life and I hate it so help plz.

1- I love all foods of any kind and even if I don't I will eat it if it helps so what meals should I eat daily to help me I'd like a list of breakfasts lunches and dinners what you think will work.

2- what exercises should I do to lose weight in the thigh, hips, stomach, neck, and arms areas? I do not have any exercising equipment and I live no where near a gym will running suffice?

3- now that you know my height and weight do I have to worry about excess skin? I plan on losing this weight slowly and I've heard if you stay hydrated with water your body will retain to its meant to be shape while your losing weight.

4- how much water should I drink daily while being on this diet?

5- how long if I follow everything you guys answered will I reach my goal?

I'm trying to be more healthy and I'm tired of being big.

I just wanted someones advice cause I just cant think at 3am in the morning XD

ok so when I made my Facebook it was in English and I dont know why but now all the "sponsored" advertisement stuff is in Japanese and my Google chrome keeps translating it to English but its also translating everything I say even though I'm already writing it in English... and every time I write something like "Where was I when this happened?" it will translate it to "When happened this where was I?" and its just making me look like an Idiot xD

so does anyone know how to fix it? Everything is in English so I can read settings and **** but I dont know where to go or how to fix it...

ok... I am 20yrs old and I'd like to know is it ok for my period to be 3months apart?

I know when I first started having a period that it could be irregular but I'm 20 now and I get them every three months I dont take any Medication I am a Virgin should I be concerned?

I want to go to the doctors but I dont unless its horribly bad and I'm going to die...

When I am on my period I get terrible cramps too I figured it was because I dont have them every month like normal girls do... but they hurt so bad I cant get up, walk, anything... so can you please help me out? is this normal for some people? is it ok? cant it seriously hurt me if I dont get it checked out?

Also I dont know if this helps... I have an Ulcer and I'm under alot stress my life is pretty hetic and insane... and my mother told me that Stress could be a factor so if anyone could tell me anything I'd appreciate it thank you!

it doesn't matter what kind of anime it is I like all lol

ever since I was 10, I would hold it when I had to really go to the bathroom I didnt go in school cause I dont trust Public bathrooms, and I didnt go after 9pm cause our bathroom was right next to my parents room and my dad would scream at me for waking him up...

Now I am 20 and I find myself doing the same thing for the same reason I dont use Public Bathrooms, and I dont use it at night cause I dont want to disturb my room mates

So is this bad? should I stop doing it? I can use the bathroom I just dont want to wake them up...

Ok my question is that in my Computer it says in the Control Panel ' Tablet Settings'...

so how do I go about using a tablet? Can I just buy one of the Pens and draw with my monitor?

(cause I already own Photoshop and I've been Drawing with a mouse...)

or is my computer just telling me that it has the capability of using a Tablet if I buy one...

I was just confused about that, I wondering if I have to just buy the Pen to be able to draw or if I have to buy the hole shebang to draw... Sorry if I dont make sense I dont even understand myself...

dont care if you like one better then the other the voice actors in my opinion were better in 4kids then Funimation and it might have cut alot of content out but I liked it better and they stopped doing it anyway so once I'm done watching the 4kids I pretty much have to go to Funimation so PLZ give me a site if you have one.... I heard a song on the radio and it didnt say who it was or what the song what all I remember from the song was that the chorus had " la la la la la " in it the beginning was slow and sweet like a lullaby and was sung by a man and then later on in the song a girl joined in and they sung together and near the end it was lind of a screamo type song I believe the band was an alternative band I just dont know who sung it or what the song was PLEASE help if you can I really enjoyed the song and want it on my ipod :D
