I was just put on 25 MG of it today and I'm worried about taking it since it is a depressant and not a stimulant. It's for anxiety.

Would using more pillows help? I heard asthmatics should use a few pillows I use 2 at the moment. Should I start using 3? Should I prop them in a certain way? And I heard you're supposed to put pillows under you're back. If this is true what why should this be done? Horizontally or vertically under my back? or under my neck/top of my back?

I have asthma and am on inhalers (Ventolin and becotide). The Becotide is the preventor and I'm supposed to take 2 puffs of it twice a day. The Ventolin is the rescue inhaler and Im only supposed to take it in emergencies/when I feel tight/before I do exercise etc. I'm a very anxious person and i tend to take my inhalers 4 puffs of both 3/4 times a day because I feel like my breathing is tight even though there is never any cough or wheeze and no other asthma symptoms other than feeling tight ('Ive been doing this for the last year or 2). Lately in the last 2 weeks or so I've been feeling tight more often than usual which started around the time I finished up taking Paroxetine (Paxil) for anxiety. I'm allergic to deodorants/hairsprays which ppl were using around me and i got a wheezy feeling one day about 2 weeks ago which started this dose off. I'm not actually wheezy when i breath out but sometimes there is a little crackle (very hard to hear) and smoke seems to affect me if ppl around me are smoking. I also wake up with my lungs sore and feeling tight every morning. My questions are:

Could taking my inhalers this often be making me more anxious(along with the paroxetine withdrawal) and making me imagination this tightness during the day?

Could the sore lungs in the morning and the extra tight feeling that goes with it be caused bu using my inhalers too much?

Could all of this be anxiety symptoms and not asthma at all?

BTW I was at the doctor a week before this all started and he checked my breathing/blood pressure and everything was normal.....

Also I have been finding it hard to sleep for a good month/6 weeks and feeling like my breathing was tight but only at night....

I have been waking up sharply in an anxious state a good few nights about 30 minutes after falling asleep. I usually take my inhalers and go back asleep feeling anxious as if the inhalers are causing it. I know inhalers cause anxiety but could the extent I've been using them be causing all this?

Its been happening a lot lately. I feel like there's still stuff up there and i push but nothing comes out. What does this mean and is it a bad sign? I don't think its constipation cause I'm still going often. Could it be piles?

Im allergic or intolerant to caffeine specially in large amounts but i still hav some most days lol so wud it still help my asthma? Im on inhalers btw and im not planning to stop taking them im just curious yeno.....
