I'm 16 and 6'1 and overweight. Lately I had back problems and I feel this is turning into a medical condition. Whenever I try to lose weight I end up messing my back and I cannot stay motivated for exercise or diet. Fruits wont walk to the door but pizza can and I end up ditching it. So I need a diet plan so that I can go through the back pain phase so I can get to exercise. Tips to stay motivated also required. And no I cant have cheat days because 1 cheat day= no diet. So yeah help me :|

Could you explain how to configure/set-up step by step?

I have been busting my mind three straight days. The problem is that I have a TP-LINK TD-W8961ND and a DLINK DIR-615I1. So I want the DLINK one as WDS and I have DDWRT on it. There is no dd wrt available for TPLINK one. So I want to figure out how to interconnect them. It has no options for repeater only WDS!
