the pain radiates from my shoulder down my arm and the pain is the worst in the shoulder blade (left). I feel like I need to hold the arm down when it starts hurting. But it doesnt hurt all the time. My neck is a little stiff too and nsaids dont seem to help. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Ive been watching this show for a very long time (since I was maybe 6 and I am now 41) and there is a lot of back story that I dont remember & some questions Im reading and answering on here reminds me that I have forgotten a lot. I just need a refresher course. I quit watching right after Cassie died and started watching again about the time that Daniel and Lily were breaking up. Any help would be appreciated.

Ive always had sort of a "perception" on peoples emotions that has really come to a head, so to speak, in the past week with a co-worker. I need to know if I actually have empathic powers or Im just paranoid. I cant read minds or anything like that. I can just pick up on feelings, like an antenna. I went to a skating party yesterday and fell while skating. My left knee felt a serious pull in it when I fell and it didnt start to hurt right away. After sitting and then standing, though, it really started to hurt. And this morning I can barely walk on it. But its not swollen and I can pretty well feel exactly where I pulled it. I didnt fall on the knee-it just feels like I pulled something but the absence of swelling or bruising has me puzzled. Any help would be appreciated. Im a waitress and I have to work tomorrow!!!
