  • My Laptop has been infected with a spyware trojan-ace-x. Norton 360 could not detect/clean it. Help me Please.

    This tries to access the internet & keeps opening IE a lot of times. The screen also flashes a warning that my computer has been infected with worm.win32.Netsky & asks me to click to clean it. My laptop has become extremely slow & inspite of having Norton 360 I could not detect it. Kindly help me. I've a lot of very important data on it.
