So...My brother was in an accident, broke his arm. Wasn't quite the same afterwards. He started losing track of time, asking questions over and over again, and visiting his ex religiously. We think he has a Traumatic Brain Injury. She put a PFA on him, and he continued to visit her, landing him in jail several times. This last time, he was admitted (by the jail) to a psychiatric center. He's been there for a year or so and my mother recently filed for guardianship. My mother isn't very competent herself sometimes, and relies on advice from her controlling boyfriend...That's a different problem in itself. They brought him to court recently regarding the PFA and the charges associated with it, and they where dropped because he was ruled "incompetent to stand trial". Not the PFA though. My mother has guardianship over him, he has a PFA on him, and he's STILL in the psychiatric center. Can she check him out right now and bring him home? He insists he doesn't want to see his ex anymore, but my mother is refusing to check him out fearing that he might go see her. He calls almost every night crying that he misses me and my brother, and that he just wants to go home. They have him medicated, and insist that he's exhibiting signs of schizophrenia. What resources are available to us? What do we do? Does him being ruled incompetent to stand trial mean that he may also not be competent in his decision to violate the PFA, should he make such a decision?

Back in March/April my brother broke his arm in a snowboarding accident. He had to walk all the way down the mountain to get help, and was taken to the hospital at least an hour AFTER it was broke. I've never broken a single bone, but I can imagine it being fairly traumatic. Fast forwarding, he was fairly normal after the surgery, a little groggy from the drugs, but normal for the most part. They put him on Percocet I believe, but he shows no signs of addiction. He smokes marijuana a lot, but he always has. Current symptoms are loss of short term memory, he'll ask the same thing over and over again as if you never answered him the first time. He makes stupid decisions, and he'll sit around and stare off into space as if he was high, but he does it even when he isn't. He doesn't hang out with his friends anymore. This evening, we where moving some of his stuff over to my mothers because my dad doesn't want him here anymore (he keeps eating all the food in the house since the only thing he does is eat and smoke weed) he told me that he feels rejected and wants to put a bullet in his brain. When he had his car on the road he hit a car in a parking lot while picking up a job app and hit another one while returning it. Same day. Same parking spot. I'm really worried that he might have hit his head when he broke his arm or something. What should I do? His friends and my parents all recognize the difference, so I'm not the only one. He's 18, and doesn't think he needs any help.

In the Nissin Souper Meal they used to have the vegetable packet, the flavor packet, and the finishing touch packet. I've bought at least 8 of these recently and there hasn't been a finishing touch packet in any of them. At first I thought I forgot to take it out and cooked it by mistake, but I was wrong as it was not in there. Did they stop including it? It really made all the difference.

My brother wants me to go into Job Corps with him. My girlfriend and I are in a long distance relationship as it is, and we're going to be getting back together this spring. It might be something she'd be willing to do, but I want to know if we'll be able to share a dorm, or if not, how often we'd get to see each other and such. Thanks in advance. :)

Where can I watch "MMMystery on the friendship express" online the day that it airs? Will it be available online that day, or will I have to wait? I know I"m not going to be somewhere with cable on the 7th, but I'll have internet.

My moms boyfriend claims he is going to leave the old fuel pump in, and just hook up the new one. Possible? I see no reason for him to do this even if you can.

I think this box might be an antique, but I'm not really sure. I don't know of the four people on the front of it, but somone told me it was a music group or something. Anyone know? Thanks.

Here is what I am trying to make, I know it's possible because there is not any hardware in between the vga connector and the RGB cords, but I don't know what pins, or in my case wires, to splice the cables on to. I have a multimeter, so just the pins I need will work.

I need to make a VGA to RGB cable to hook one of my desktop computers to my HD television, but I don't know if the method I have in mind will actually work. Last time I had a VGA cable apart, I noticed there where the cables red, green, and blue, along with thier shield wires, and I was just planning on hooking the rca cords up to each of those. My question of course is will that work? I'm not to familiar with RGB, all I know is I don't want to go buy one of these if I have the material right here at home. Please and thank you in advance!

My friend is in prison and he left his EBT card at my house when he left, when we talked on the phone the other day he gave me his pin number. The card is still collecting money every month and has $600 on it, which seems to be the limit. My dad says that it is illegal for me to use it even if he gave me the pin number. Is he right or not? And why would it be illegal? I have been given someones EBT card to go to the store and pick up groceries before, so does him being incarcerated have anything to do with it? IDK. Please help?

Ok, so who here has heard of the works bomb? Well, it all started when I set a few of those of in my back yard (yes I know that's illegal) Anyway, someone called the cops, and there was a police report made....now somehow that report went to the school, and they suspended me for the rest of the year. Now I have to take a Risk Assessment Test and be evaluated, I've had taken one before but this happened on my own property, in my own back yard, how can it even be related to the school? Do they have the right to suspend me for that? Someone please help? I just started school here, and I have a lot of work to make up for, I can't afford to be out any longer than a week, we have finals coming up too, what should I do?

What would the best Operating System be for a computer with a 500 MHZ CPU and 512mb of ram? I don't like linux very much and I have access to almost every Microsoft OS, just don't know which one to use.....

I need to get the cd-rom drive out so I can install a dvd burner. It won't come out! Help?
