    Scaly, hairless, rough patch on my dog? What is it?

    So my dog has this one white-ish scaly rough patch near his elbow about the size of a nickel. He only has one and he's had it there for a while now, about a year. I figured he hurt himself somehow but I realized it didn't go away. It kind of looks like a patch of intense dandruff or something, kind of like a scab?? But not red or inflamed. I have a picture included but if anyone could tell me what they think it is that'd be great, thanks!

    I am 13 and this year will be starting the eighth grade, my final year in junior high.I am already thinking about high school, but am not sure which to enroll in. The academic curriculum in my district`s high school isn`t very rigorous, and therefore I am looking for a better alternative . I live near the town of Elmwood Park and am wondering if CPS`s boundaries can extend beyond Chicago`s official city limits? Any information on this subject matter would be a great help, please provide any links, or advise too. I would also appreciate it if you can list a couple of other selective high schools with a good reputation that i can consider going to. If it helps, I have straight A`s a 4.03 GPA and am on swim team,band,soccer,and chorus.
