One of my friend joined his job in US on H1B visa

on 1-Aug-2014(Means 153 days in 2014). And he earned less then 26K$

now is there any rule that the person wo is living in US less then 183 days donot have to pay federal tax. And do he need to fill 1040 NR

And please tell the procedure to file the tax return in this condition.

its of nearly 700MB but when i play it it only plays 20 sec and says there is some codec error

and this will work only on windows media player

then i downloaded xvid which healped me to play avi format in windo mediaplayer but the movie is still showing the same message and runs only 20 sec and stops i tried all the players but of no use

this is second time with

also it directs to a web page and which show that in ur area there is no servey so u cant access the site

there is no problem due to virus

because i m using AVG anti virus
