I have been dating a guy for almost a year and a half. I do not know where he lives nor met any of his family members. He told me that he wanted to take our relationship slow but i am ready for a commitment. I had a friend over i had not seen in years (male) and when my Guy called i lied and told him i was putting my son to sleep when in fact i was sitting on my porch and he pulled up and saw me and my friend. I feel so guilty for lying but i did not know how he would react because he tells me all yhe time if he sees me with another guy he will beat them up. I don't know what to do i apologized but he is really mad at me. Should i pursue this or let it go?

I was pulled over by the police this morning and was told that my license was revoked due to a failure to appear for an expired tag and registration. The problem is the ticket is over 2 years old and I no longer own the car anymore how can I resolve this issue? I live in North Carolina

I was charged with misdemeanor larceny in a county that I do not live in. I did not file for an attorney because I could not afford it and did not want to prolong the case because I knew that it was not me and that someone used my name because this is not the first time that someone has done that. the employee identified me stating that it was me that he caught stealing in a walmart. I informed this man that he is mistaken and asked did he have video proof showing this. He did not. The judge found me guilty and sentenced me to 2 years probation and to pay restitution and court fees. I am seven months pregnant and cannot afford to pay that and I feel that I should not because they are mistaken. The only way I found out about these charges was due to me receiving legal advertisements in the mail. I filed an appeal but I don't know where to go from there.

I was just in court today due to the fact that someone used my identity when caught stealing in a local wal-mart. I did not request an attorney because I knew that I did not steal anything. Well the Guy who works at wal-mart identified me stating that I was the one he caught stealing!!!! I asked did he have any video evidence proving that I did it and he did not. I had my 30 week check-up yesterday and received a 4-D Ultrasound. I noticed the my baby is laying on his cord. I concerned that as he gets bigger he apply more pressure to the cord. Is there any way I can file a civil suit for slander or anything. I just want my life back.

I am in legal dispute with my landlord. I was arrested for drug paraphernalia and my landlord filed for eviction in less than 24 hours for weapons possession. He asked me after I was served if I wanted to just leave and I told him yes but I need an ample amount of time to get my things together. Well My Landlord showed up at my house today stating that he would like to do an inspection of my house so he could see what needed to be fixed. I was asked by him when will I be moving and I told him on the 13 of this month. Well now he tells me not to show up to court and that I will have to pay him for the 15 days that I am here.
