Why doesn't Yahoo have humans you can contact when you have a technical problem with Yahoo?
What I mean is a "contact us" button on the top on the home page or in the "tool bar". Where you can go to ask them real technical questions about Yahoo or parts of it. If I can contact the president of the USA from here, why can't I get real-time technical help or interface with a real human at tech support from the tool bar as well?
