ok so me and my hubby were talking about my friend and her boyfriend who might end up braking up because he is texting a friend he met on myspace like 200 times a day. she went and looked on their bill cause they live together and share a plan and in 3 weeks time he has texted her like 4,000 times!! she knew they chatted but not this much and its all times of day and night! he tells her its just the usual hey what you doing kinda stuff and her even asking about her. my friend and the girl have also chatted but in a week its maybe like 40 times. the other girl has a boyfriend who does not know she talks to him like this cause she even said he would be pissed if he knew and does say stuff like if it ever bothers you we chat just tell me and it will stop. her boyfriend says its just meaningless a way to kill time! well when she saw that he was killing time 4000 times in 3 weeks she lost it and told him it has to stop no more! i was like hell yes it does! my husband was why cant he have friends? what do you guys think?

I have seen many women ask how to make their husband more romantic but i wonder how many of them are really seeing the Forest through the trees! and i mean by this is my husband is not the romantic type when it comes to bringing me flowers or love notes or standing out side our house with a boom box over his head but he is the kind of guy who goes out in the pouring rain for my book because i was on the last chapter! he tells me to put my foot on his leg so he can tie my shoe! my picture is his background on his phone, he remembers my coat on our way out the door because I grab the kids but will forget mine ,he will get up in the middle of the night for a drink of water for me because i am to cold and so many more things! and for me this out weighs flowers,gifts or love notes do other women see these things about their men and are thankful? or do most of us wish we had those "you complete me moments"? just wondering!

I do home day care & right now in my town the flu is going around like mad! my question is why do parents bring sick kids to daycare knowing they are sick? i have people bring me kids & tell me they had a fever all night & they were throwing up but i gave them some Motrin & so they are fine!( as a lethargic child is being carried in side) Then when i say sorry per my contract that you read &signed they cant be here when they are that sick they now are mad at me! i understand they need to work but all my parents have sick time & vacation time but don't want to use it when their kid is sick but are the first ones to leave work when they feel bad & tell me oh i am just dying yeah you caught what your poor kid had that's why! They take days off to have a me day or go on a trip and i understand everyone needs this but then when you have no time left & your kid is sick don't get mad at the babysitter! am i being unreasonable to think they should keep their kid home?
