  • Need Italian recipe for St Lucy Day soup like my Grandmother's?

    I remember Grandma's soup having several kinds of dried beans and dried corn. I think it also had crushed tomatoes too. One of the beans was probably lentil beans.

    Grandma was from outside Florence in Italy and I heard each region had their own traditions.

    Does anyone know of this version and tradition from this region of Italy?
