The issues stem from the beginning when we seperated and I agreed to leave the kids with him ,because I was homeless and he had a home with his parents..I have open visitation but didn't always except because I was bitter at him and his mother for only allowing me things on their terms..Through the years I have requested him to consider giving me full phys but often heard how my lack of a better place to live and about how it would kill his mother,who has played a large part of their growing up and a larger part of my unwillingness to become more in their lives.This past year I have finally managed to get a 3 bdroom home,and it was going to be my first summer with the kids staying,grandma put her foot in the door and it never happened.In september daddy and grandma had a fight,grammy kicked daddy out and refused to let him take the children,so now she has my kids and is calling all the shots.I don't get them every weekend and I have to jump threw her hoops and he's dissapearred..
