It calms down by evening and then I awake the next day, have another bowel movement and the cycle of pain returns. This has been going on for weeks-what is going on in my belly. Don't have a doctor and am not into western medicine-prefer alternative-so I sure could use some feedback from those in the know out there-any ideas? Oh, and there is bright red blood in my stools, if that influences it.

I move or press on it-like ouch when lying in bed. Are there some natural ways to address this
