I'm a 23-year-old midwestern U.S. girl and have been married for over 2 years! =) I have a college degree in Health Information Management and work full-time doing medical transcription and medical coding. Would it be tacky to have a diaper raffle for a baby shower?
I'm throwing a baby shower for a friend and thought about including in the invitation something like, "There will be a gift basket raffle -- To enter the raffle, bring a package of diapers -- enter as many times as you like!"
But I thought maybe it was a little tacky considering everyone will already have to bring gifts (well, most likely), so I hate to ask for something else. But it's not like it's required to bring diapers, and I thought it would be a fun game, and a great way to get the mom-to-be more diapers! What do you think??
