And why cannot some wealthy person take the reins for a nominal sum. When I read about them getting paid over 100.000 pounds it makes me sick I feel I cannot donate to make some rich person even richer!

I thought at first it was a fault but I've seen it on other furniture. So is there a reason for it or do the makers just grab any leg?
