  • 2000 Nissan Sentra Sensor Bottom of Engine?

I have a 2000 Nissan Sentra with a 1.8L and a manual transmission. There is a plastic plug that looks like a sensor that is on the very bottom of the engine. It has broken off (likely by running over something). My check engine light stays on all the time. I really can't tell that the sensor affects how the car runs. Does anybody know the name of this sensor? I would replace it if I knew. I'm pretty sure it's not the crankshaft position sensor. It's in the wrong place.

  • Nissan Sentra Plug on Bottom of Engine?

I have a 2000 Nissan Sentra with a 1.8L I4 and a manual 5-speed. There is a plug for what looks to be some kind of sensor on the very bottom of the engine. It has broken off (likely by running over something) and is dangling there. The check engine light is on, but I don't know what to call this part to even try to get a replacement. I don't think this is the crankshaft position sensor. It's in the wrong place.

  • 2007 Dodge Ram Button in Dash?

I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Lone Star. It has a plate in the dash where I have seen a storage compartment on other 2007's. It has a button in the center that looks like a sliding window. I do not have a sunroof or an electric sliding rear window. I have no idea what this button does. It is right above the cupholders and below the AC controls.
