I'm a 62 year old male, was recently diagnosed with enlarged prostrate. I was put on sulfamethoxazole as an antibiotic to curb infection that could be contributing to the condition, and also on Terazosin HCL for maintenance of urinary flow. I have not been diagnosed with any type of cancer condition yet, I have not been called back in for any biopsy procedure to see if my condition has worsened. A major concern, is that I now have an erectile dysfunction that viagra has not resolved. I have not been able to consult with the doctor since I tried the viagra. I don't know if the ED is going to be an ongoing problem or what can be done about it. I have a great lady in my life, that I would like to be able to share good moments with. This has curbed that somewhat. I need guidance from someone who has gone through this.

I just met what appeared to be a really nice woman. When she is with me, she's responsive, and actually very sensual. At other times, she keeps me at arms length, not wanting any close involvement. I've found that she does "lines of meth" before she goes out with me. I'm a straight male, that has never been exposed to people who use such things. Back at Thanksgiving last year, my mother (82) gave a "Durable Power of Attorney to my sister to enable my sister to manage my mothers financial obligations. Since that time, my sister has had my mother in and out of several "Rehab/convalescent homes" and after responding to treatment, my mother is showing the ability to conduct her own affairs. My sister refuses to step aside to allow my mother to conduct her own business. How, or can, my mother cancel the power of attorney she had signed, to regain her own independence?

Just met a very nice lady recently, and during our getting to know each other, she shared with me her up coming need for a mastectomy with followup reconstruction. I operate a furniture repair/restoration business, and frequently encounter customers who do not respond to calls letting them know their work is complete. I operate out of cash flow, and quick payment for work done, keeps my doors open. Can I require customers to pay for and pickup their furniture in a reasonable time frame, and if they don't can I charge for storage on a daily basis? How much, and for how long, before the items are considered abandoned. Can I sell the items to recoup my expenses in performing the work?

approx ten years ago, i survived a burst blood vessel in my brain, it resealed itself, and doctors did not use surgery. it left me with defined personality changes, tendenancy to incurr mild epaletic seasures, and elevated blood pressure. at times, i count myself lucky, at times, i feel i've been punished. what do i have to look forward to? has anyone else lived this long after having survived an anuresm?

or is it more for the convience of family members who don't want to be burdened with the task of careing for the senior citizen... to me, if a person can tend to their personal bodily functions, ie. bathing, toiletry, dressing, eating, I feel they should be allowed to remain in their home till their final time. My siblings view placing our mother in a home as being in her best interest. Their present task is liquidating her possessions to provide funds for her care. This action distress's her and me. At a time of weakness, my mother allowed my sister to obtain an "ultimate power of attorney", now she acts without regard for opinions of other members of the family. Do I have any recourse in dealing with my mother's situation?

the local walmarts use stacks of pallets to block passage between isles in the electronic departments. the practice makes the assumption that all their customers are stealing from the store, so the crowds have to be controlled. to me, it is a fire hazard and they must have better ways to moniter prospective theft.
