i am getting about 4000 rank is it worth t go for computers in srm modinagar. how is it

I m having trouble logging into the steam from the exe. Every time i try To connect It says "steam is having trouble connecting to servers" which really isnt true because i can connect to steam through website really fine. there is really some problem with application. Below are some of the Solutions that i did

1. Uninstalled and installed The steam

2. formatted the pc And tried to reconnect it to it

3. wasnt able to find clientregistryblop file in the steam Folder and thus could not delete since i heard some people actually beniefeted from it deleting it

4 Also steam worked fine the first day i installed It and the real problem starts coming it the day after

PLEASE GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTION

hey guys i have recently purchased dell inspiron 15r 5521 with gt 730m gpu and core i5 3337u. my problem is that there are some game which refuses to open( nothing happens) but work perfectly fine in safe mode like crysis 3 gta 4 ascr

on the other hand there are some ganes which is running perfectly in win 8 normal mode like warfighter farcry3 why such discrimination between games itself

Are there any better options under 50000 or the above laptop is suffice for some medium gaming

Is it safe to buy this laptop from flipkart or are there some laptop which I might have missed in the under 50000 range which can better the above specs
