I am renting an apartment in souther California and rent is 1200 a month. When I first sign lease it said the late fee is 100$. Now, without signing a new lease, my land Lord says another proptery management has taken over. And late fees are 100$ a week that I'm late. My wife lost her job and now I'm only paying rent. I also have a 10 daughter living with us. Land Lord claims changes, but there has been nothing written stating changes, now he wants me to move out before I get evicted. I have no money as I'm constantly late and I have been paying the late fees like 300$ each month plus rent. But I've never been later than a month. What do I do?

I had a ticket for driving on a suspended license and I showed up in court and was given a year to pay the fine. I got date wrong and went about to pay fine and they told me it was due 15 days prior. They recalled my warrant and I will go before a judge tomorrow. My question is, I have the money to pay the fine. Will they give me jail time or will they let me pay the fine tomorrow?? I have 3 failure to appears from 2010 and I now want to pay them so I can get my driver license hold lifted. I went to court and said I can make installation payments. Hi. I was pulled over for traffic violation and cop said my license was suspended for not paying a previous traffic ticket a few years ago. I called the collection agency to pay today. They said hold from license will be lifted once it goes through. I have court in 2 days for driving on suspended license. Is there a difference on license hold and suspended license and what will outcome be in court? I'm in California. Thank you

I was offered a job at a charter school in the IT department. I did a live scan finger print background check and I was wondering what will come up. I was arrested 7 years ago, was bailed out a few hours and went to court cause I had marijuana. they dropped charges after I completed a diversion program. So I am wondering if this will show up in background? I am in California

I need to get out of this situation. I cant get food stamps because ive already made a certain of amount of money this year. Ive been applying like crazy for jobs but no one calls back, a.d if they did Im going to be smelly for interview. I have no family to turn to and i miss my daughter. I have been thinking about suicide, I dont want to lose my mind out here. Please, what can i do?

I am highly knowledgeable with computers and networks but have no schooling or employment history in IT. I have been messing with, building, repairing, hacking, for over 15 years. I want to get a job in IT, but dont know how to go about doing it, applying asking for job. Please help :-)
