I'm a 24 year old female. My favorite catagories are Diet & Fitness and Polls & Surveys but also roam the Politics section, specifically Current Events. And sometimes I wonder into Gender and Women Studies. I've spent a lot of time researching diet/nutrition/fitness, due to my commitment to being healthy and losing weight. I've lost 60 pounds in the past year and have another 15lbs to lose. I graduated high school in 2007, and graduated college in 2010 with an associates degree in medical assisting. I worked as a medical assistant for 2 years in a Pulmonary Clinic. I'm currently visiting Canada, but I was born and raised in the United States. I grew up most of my life in Illinois, but also lived in Oklahoma and Wisconsin.
can someone give me a dinner idea that's high in fiber, vitamin A, Calcium and Iron?
And about 400 calories?

I went to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index-can.asp and the phone number they gave me allowed me to check my status through an automated voice message. It said "The office received your application on March 22nd." then it said "please hang up now, or press 1 to be connected to an agent" so I pressed 1, and then it said "i'm sorry, your call cannot be received at this time due to a high amount of calls" then hung up on me. I can't find another phone number to call to speak to an agent. Can anyone help me? I need to know so I don't wound up staying longer than I'm supposed to and ruin my changes of becoming a Canadian Citizen.

Just a little background info, I've lost 60lbs over the past year, and do a lot of cardio, so I'm fairly active. I'm going to continue the cardio, but want to start toning. So I thought sit-ups would be a great place to start. I thought I'd do 100 to start off with. How long will it take to start seeing results? Any advice or suggestions would be awesome. Thanks!

All my sports bra are dirty and I hate wearing regular bras while on the treadmill. I'll just be doing a light jog for an hour. Is it ok to go bra less occasionally while jogging? My boobs are pretty small.

I started my period at the age of 10, Just wondering if I'll hit menopause at an early age because of this.
Right now I'm 24 so I'm obviously not concerned about it at the moment, but I do plan on having kids in my 30's to early 40's and don't want to have to worry about rushing right now. Thanks for any info!
