I have had several background checks and they all come back good but now for my job promotion they require I get a livescan background check. I have been arrested for poss. Of a controlled substance in 2007 and vandalism in 2010 I was on probation till 2011 (juvinile probation) will any of this show up on the livescan background check I also never got my record sealed/expunged because it didn't show up on my background checks so I didn't think I needed to. Can anyone help me with this I really need this promotion I'm just a little nervous on the situation. Also would I be able to seal/expunge my record or is it already sealed?

so my lil brother just got a new itouch and he cant use it on the computer because it says the newest version of itunes is needed and we downloaded it and then it says we need the newest mac osx 10.5.8

so i downloaded that from the apple website and it says that i cant open it because i dont have mac osx 10.5.8???

like wth??

i had an interview for a full time job today at home depot and i think it went very well..

later that day i got a call from a mcdonalds in the area and they want me to come in for an interview today also..

but the mcdonalds is part time..

should i just try and get both jobs?

i can really use the money..

family is having problems with paying rent and stuff like that..

i live with my mom and my lil brother..

dad lives somewhere else and doesn't pay child support or anything for me or my lil brother..

well just my lil brother now because im 18 now..

i also still go to high school full time but im just going to take my test for a GED..

well my question is also should i take both jobs (if offered both)

do you think its really hard to have a full time job and a part time??

i think i can handle it but just want some opinions...

i tried marijuana before but i have stopped for about a year now..

also i am on juvinile probation so can i still get medical marijuana?

i heard you can cuz a buddy of mine got his when he was 18 and on juvinle probation

but this was about 3 years ago..

also i heard it makes it harder to find a job when you have a prescription for marijuana is that true?

im in the process of looking for a job but havent had any luck /:

also what do i need to bring to get medical marijuana when i go to the evaluation?

and by the way i am no drug addict or anything like that..

i use to smoke weed alot when i was younger but quit because i wanted to and now i need it for legitamit purposes..

my computer got a virus and i was forced to loose all my music and i had alot of good trance song..

and other like house dubstep etc.

and i really dont feel like downloading all of it one by one again can someone help me out?

i am applying for a job and its asking me if i have ever been convicted of a felony in the last 7 yrs i have been convicted about 2 weeks ago but they told me that i have 80 hrs community serv. and 1 yrs probation they said if i complete it w/o getting a ticket or arrested then it will be cleared from my record like it never happened do i have to mark that i have been convicted because somebody told me that since im under 18 yrs old i dont have to mark yes is this true please i need your help
