I cannot understand why they want ever state to go public smokefree. They say smokers are responsible for all the deaths, yet I feel drunk drivers are the cause of more deaths. If you are going to ban smoking, then please ban drinking in public places. If I go to dinner I should also have the right to be free of drunk people, they drive me crazier than any smoker ever will. In Ohio they taxed the cig, to pay for the new football stadium, and baseball stadium, yet you cant smoke in either one. So a smoker can build a building but cant smoke in it after. We are suppose to live in America the land of the free, NOT.... Everyday they take more and more of our rights away.
