  • Is ot normal to be obsessed about my figure?? Not starving myself or anytbin...?

I used to have an eating disorder and I went down into the 90's one summer and I am currently 5'9. My frame is naturally slender so I feel like I have recovered from starving myself fully and never ever want to starve myself or make myself throw up ever. I'm around 120now and while that is still low my frame is naturally slender and I don't have much nuscle.

It all started maybe when I was like 10. And now it's been nearly 10 years from that, but I find myself making jokes of my stomach. I like to take awful upclose pictures so it looks like I am overweight and send them to people I don't know well online to troll them. I want to hear them tell me I'm fat and chubby and ugly even though when I stand normally - Im normal.

I do however work really hard and I am obsessed with exercising and healthy eating. It's my getaway especially when I am troubled with relationship problems. I can exercise for hours in my room if I am feeling troubled/ if there's something bad going on - normally with my partner which lately has been a lot.

Is it normal to think of exercise like a comfort blanket? I also strive very hard to have a body that is admirable but it's difficult.

Anyway is this normal? Or is this like another form of some disorder?

I am ALL about exercising and HEALTHY and PROPER eating. NO starving, or anything.
