Hiya, after reading an article on the topic, it got me thinking.... Do you think that terminally ill people should be given the right, to choose when they want to go?

My personal opinion would be: YES... If I had a disease that I knew I couldnt beat, then I would want to have that option, before it got to the point, where I would have to rely on my family or carers to bathe me, feed me and wipe my a$$ for me on a daily basis... And yes I do realise that legally it cannot be done...

I would really appreciate some help, in trying to find a wedding planner here in Perth. Im getting married next year, and although I have my venue, reception and celebrant, I know there are many other things that I need to think about as well, but really dont want to deal with the stress of it all. If you could please recommend a really good planner, how much they charge, or even a website, with all the info, I would be truly grateful.

Who's partners/hubby's do fifo (fly in, fly out)? how long do they go away for and how well do you cope with them being away? What do you do for quality time as a couple and as a family? My partner does 6-10wk stints, both in national and international waters, working as an Off Shore Rigger! Quality time is him and I going out to a movie and maybe dinner, and talking! As a famz its, going places, and to the parks, and sometimes just chilling at home with the kids, playing games and watching movies together........ I also capture alot of things on video that involve the kids, and email them to him, so that he isnt missing out on anything significant and also just plain funny, I find those things will always make him feel close to us, so when he does come home, he doesnt feel like a stranger in his own home......
