I know that an ISP can give you usernet server access, but I wanna know if the third party companies could be considered USPs. What with the payment options and everything. Is the usenet synonymous with the internet, or is it just a similar vestibule of knowledge and files?

i bricked my ds during flashme install at 1% using games n music. I turned it off during installation.process. is there any way to boot into games n music to continue my installation?
