My only reason for answering questions is to look up information and learn about it. Sometimes I learn more about a question later but can't change my response, but I think it's an interesting way to spend some time. Sometimes my education and experience is helpful, but there is a lot to learn about every subject.People have surprising answers. I used a survey technique to ask questions and study responses, and found that interesting as well. Also, I would mention that my opinion has changed as a result of asking and answering questions (and is now quite different than it was earlier.)
