To make a long story short, my ex-husband adopted my 9 year old when she was 6 months. We then had another daughter who is now 7. In the divorce, he basically bailed on my eldest and had a long custody battle with my youngest. We were best friends for 5 years prior to marriage and it did get ugly in the custody issue. He is now remarried and has a 5 month old son. In the end, we agreed we would share custody 50/50. We decided she would attend school in his district which is about 20 miles from where her sister and I live. I never did recieve a final custody agreement from the judge. Each time she comes, she fight tooth and nail to not go back, wants to go to school where I am and her dad won't "let her". I know she belongs here. She is not being mistreated, but it tears my heart out for her to cry. I'm out of money. Anyone know what legal rights I have or who to talk to in order to get her "home"?

My oldest daughter has begged me to go see this since the previews came out.. We all liked Narnia and I thought it would be okay. My little one (7) says "no way!!!"..Well we went and saw it yesterday and the one thing I have learned to do is to get on the net and check out reviews of the public. Noticing alot of movies show highlights on previews and it turns out to be the only good parts of most movies.

This movie was amazing from start to finsh! A few of the reviews went on about witchcraft and such, but it's pure fantasy, my day, it was "Neverending Story"! Just want to know views on this and what you thought of it..

I have two daughter (9 and7) and we have had an indepth conversation tonight. Out of the blue, I went into their room to find them both crying their eyes out. My youngest lives with my ex and I 50/50..I was upset they were crying and the reason being, they want me to remarry, They "want two parents to take care of them and to 'play' with them"..I have dated two men in the past three years and my kids a resillent and love everyone. I do not allow them to meet them straight away, but when they DO meet, the become attached, too quickly. I would love to get married again, at some point, but I will not rush into anything (ever again)..my question is, have any other parents (moms or dads) been through this and if so, how did you deal with it? I told the girls that we are okay and we always will be, even if I do not remarry..It kills me to see and hear them so unhappy! Please help..any advive is welcomed..Thank you.

My daughter has gone to live with her dad and new wife. She is from England and I have heard..(I have Never been to Enland, nor have I know many British people, so please forgive me for asking this), but since my daughter has been with them almost 8 weeks, I still have her part time, she has been coming home without having had a bath, hair washed, ect..she has a bad odor to her (she is 6)..my friend, who spent 11 years in England says that a long time ago, people only bathed about twice a week. Can anyone verify this? Any help would greatly be appreciated..I just need to know if my child is being taken care of...Serious only, please..
