How could anyone stoop so low?

.... someone tells you that there’s billions of stars in the universe, you believe them.

I manage a pub, im 24 and have an amazing team behind me. But recently hired this woman who now turns out to be a bit crazy. Its like she has a split personality. She also has a major problem taking direction from someone younger than her. When i ask her to do something she point blank refuses.

She has had verbal warnings and now a written one. The next step is to fire her but i've been told by several people that she can be violent so if i sack her who's to say she wont do something? She has already said to one of the staff that she LOVES this pub and one day will be the manager even if she has to "dispose" of me first... I would naturally have a witness present for the firing but what about after?

What is the best way to deal with this? Its obvious she has to leave but hows best to do it?

My friends and i each entered a karaoke competition for a laugh last night but i actually got through to the final... the land lady said i have a good chance of coming in the top three and the prizes are all really really great...

BUT i have no idea what to sing... i have a low female voice, i sang alanis morisette and madonna last night.

He cares about you so much, wants to be your friend so you're still in each others lives but can't decide now what he wants in the future but knows he can't lose you....

...Would you then wait for this person if you truly could not envisage life without them and love them with all your heart?

My friend is pregnant and doesn't know what to do. She always used protection and is quite old fashioned in some of her beliefs. Unfortunately Her boyfriend finished with her (before he knew) and now she has told him he has said he will support whatever decision she makes. She’s been to the doctor, but still can’t make a decision. She doesn’t want to be a single mum but she’s not sure she could cope with the fact she killed a life either…Financially neither of them are stable and she knows the “logical” thing to do right now is have an abortion….

I guess my question is how do you make such a life changing decision when you just don’t know?

(Please be understanding here. I know lots of people disagree with abortion and I’m not trying to upset or anger anyone, she just needs help…)
