Our neighbour's dog scraped my leg with its claws while playing. It was a surface wound. I have cleaned it with alcohol and got a tetanus shot the next day. But I found out that the dog was not vaccinated against rabies yet. Should I get anti-rabies shots (even if the dog is not rabid)?

I'm aged 24. I have mild acne, which I used to treat with a topical application of Retino A. It suited me really well until recently. My acne has reduced considerably and the facial skin has become smoother. But recently I had a mild bacterial infection on my face, it broke out into patches of little pustules. I treated it with an anti-bacterial cream and it subsided. Since then, whenever I apply Retino A, I started breaking out in little boils again (I'm sure the tube isn't contaminated, I bought a new one). I haven't started using any new medication or cosmetics, so I can't pinpoint it to anything specific.

Can anyone please suggest a solution to this? Can I start using Glycolic acid on my acne instead?

I have decided to stop using soap on my skin, as its making the skin dry & flaky. Are there any good natural substitutes for soap? Please send suggestions.

B&B is one of the best skin care brands I've ever tried. But I'm hard put to find them at a reasonable price in India. The actual price of a 236 ml bottle is $11, which works out to around 600-700 rupees in Indian currency, but all the Indian online shopping sites I've tried sell them for Rs.900 and above apiece. Can anyone please suggest an alternative outlet to buy them at a lower price?

I have recently purchased a Spice Mi500 phone. I have a back up of my contacts list in the Dropbox app of my I-phone (3Gs). I tried to download the list but its in Excel format. Can anyone please tell me how I can import the contacts onto my Android phone?

Money in my account keeps vanishing every month in the name of SMS packs for which I did not apply. Its a persisting problem since 2 years. And the customer care response is lousy. The representatives are poorly trained and cannot understand anything half the time. Can anyone facing similar problems please advice me on how to solve it?
