Where can one find OFFICIAL Elais Sports Bureau communiques about NFL scoring changes in 2006 re: Mc Allister?
This is causing no end of grief in our Fantasy Football league, but it brings up an interesting point. Elias is official statistician to the NFL. Several sites report this scoring change (and others like it) - but no one ever offers a reference point or source as to how they came by this information in the first place ... and the ESB website certainly doesn't - neither does the daily ELIAS SAYS column on ESPN.Com. Any thoughts as to where ELIAS publishes these changes (I checked NFL.COM too ..nothing I could see)?

Migrating to Netscape 8.1 but loathe to use MS Outlook. Seems silly to leave 7.2 installed if I can segregate the mail client.
