I was trying to order something online, and something wasn't right with the billing address and it declined the order, so I tried fixing it and it still didn't work. When I checked my email, it had sent me to invoices stating all of the information of the order but under status is said that it was declined. I know that invoice is another word for bill, so did they charge me even though it said it was declined?
