I am trying to sell an iPod touch on Ebay. I have listed it three times, and all three times a scammer has used the "Buy it Now" feature to end my auction.

The first time someone bought it, they sent an email from a fake PayPal email address. The second person who bought it had their account deleted. The third time I received an email from the buyer to ship the item to Nigeria.

Is there any way stop this, or tips to minimize these people buying my auctions??

and i saw that a serving (half the can) has 120mg caffeine. Does that include the caffeine from green tea and yerba mate or is it extra?

Okay, so i consume caffeine almost every day and consider myself pretty sensitive to it but i like it haha. However, my dad for as long as I can remember always will turn down anything that contains caffeine after 3pm. Coffee, tea, chocolate, and even chocolate chip cookies he will turn down. The half life of caffeine is only 4 hours from what i have read and my dad has claimed if he eats a cookie (which contains a minute amount of caffeine) after 3 he will be up all night. Is this just a placebo effect like I tell him, or can there be effects that long with such a small amount?

Does anyone have a taco bell that delivers where they live? Ive been searching online and have seen some people say that there are taco bells that deliver, I havent been able to find if theres just a few or many. I live on a campus and think tons of people would order it for delivery. Especially people that cant drive or are just dont feel like it.

I have been a weightlifter for a while now taking protein, creatine and other stuff. My parents are close to their 50's and i have read articles online that creatine is more benificial for older people. Is this true, and which creatine would you recommend.

I drink gaspari superpump 250 before i lift which has a decent amount of caffeine. I have always worked out in the morning at 9PM before me classes, but now i want to start working out at 5PM instead so i will drink the preworkout drink a little before then. The first day i tried it i had a headache all day till i worked out. I know all about caffeine withdrawl headaches, but i want to know if my body will get used to getting the caffeine at 5PM instead of 8AM so i am not tired for my classes. Dont tell me not to take caffeine, that wont help thanks.
