I'm curious to see what the response of the Y!A base will be.

Does this automatically mean I need new ram for my computer, or could it be bad configuration of my computer or another problem? Also, is there any other way to fix this, without buying new ram? I just want to be sure.

I've already reformatted my computer, (twice) to no avail. When I get blue screens, they are all random, like Irq less then or equal, bad pool header, memory management, etc... Its not a virus, if anyone was thinking that, I think the problem either lies in driver updating or memory problems, both of which I've done much research and tried many solutions, none which help me. As I've said running Win 7, running it on an XPS studio 8000, its rather new. I haven't used up much memory at all... The problem started when I did something stupid, I set the computer in to factory restore mode, or something like that, without thinking, and was forced to reformat, and then I just started getting the blue screens. I don't get any blue screens in Safe Mode, if that's any indication to the problem. Thanks in advance.

When I try to open it, it just crashes. I have tried installing/reinstalling, as well as doing different versions to no success. I'm not asking for something like Pidgin, because I already have that, I have reasons for wanting to use A.I.M. as much as I dislike it at times. It has been working fine, I'm not sure why it stopped working now.

I asked this question like... I believe it was five or six years ago, and the answers I got were mixed, about 50% saying yes, and 50% saying no. I'm curious to how that number has changed, or if it has changed at all.

Kinda late to be asking this question but, what do you think? Yes? No? Tell me your thoughts. I won't say my opinion on whether it was or not as to not interfere with what you might otherwise say.
