Our house is on the market right now and its been 2 months. We did have an offer, but the people were really low balling(below what we still owe), and their requests were strange. We live in a Great neighborhood(south side), Great schools, close to everything. We NEED to be moved up North near Appleton,WI. by August. If our house doesn't sell when do you think we should start looking for a tenant? I have Health issues' and my family needs to move so we can be closer to my father and step mom so they can help us out.

I'd like to see what yous are doing for your weddings and all that stuff. We are having a informal wedding. My dad lives 2 1/2 hours away and he owns a campground. He just got remarried his self a month ago. So his new wife just lives across the street so he just moved in there and now the house on the campground is empty. Other family members decided to just bring their camper or tent too. We rented this georgise chapel and they also have a gazabo and you can use both. I want it outdoors so I'm hoping the weather is good, but if not we have the church to use also. The Cermony is at 5p.m. and after that we are going back to the campground and have a cook out. I have 3 boys (hes adopting after we marry) and we included them in just about everything. Their names are on the invinations, we are all doing the sand cermony, our youngest is going to be the ring bear with a ring pillow I made with our invintation and our two oldest are going to walk me down the aisle with my dad.
