So I have lost quite a bit of weight, but now it has slowed down so its time to really start to work out. So for I have just been walking. I am doing a work out plan, but im starting to whats supposed to be 5 minutes of jump roping for certain days of my work out. Problem is first i suck at jump roping not that im not willing to get better but also i have 2 kids a toddler and infant and I live in a very small apartment so jump roping and not hitting something or someone for that matter is kind of hard. I guess are jumping jacks good substitute for this or can i just run in place??? maybe do like a stepper thing you know?? its supposed to be cardio so i figured those would get my heart beat up.

so i know my dr said 6 weeks at this point im half way at about 3 1/2 weeks and i feel great. i really did heal really fast and have honestly felt like myself again for the last week and a half. I am still having a bit of the lochia. but it comes and goes for a day or two ill have none im pretty much just having spotting enough to wear a light days. this is my second and with my first i did it at im gonna say 4 weeks and it went ok but i did have some cramping afterwards that was uncomfortable to say the least. my incision is completely healed and i did not have staples i had internal stitches that didnt even show on the outside. Im wondering if anyone else had sex after a c section earlier than recommended for most and what happend

so i have a 3 week old baby and i have been periodically pumping just to start storing some up. I have been doing a pretty good job but im kind of just pumping randomly when i have chance like when theres not an infant attached to my boob im not cleaning or running after my 4 year old. Im going back to work in a few days and i will be pumping once at work (im only working part time) my question is when should i pump at home. ive been pumping kinda late night at this point but is morning better and how long after my baby feeds should i wait to pump. he is a very good eater and usually does both breasts in a feeding.

i filed my taxes on the 26th and they were excepted by the irs. the estimated date for them to have been mailed out was on the 11th of feb. I hope they are here soon. i did owe about 100 dollars to state taxes from last year and the irs has already told me they will be taking that out of my refund before they cut my check which is totally fine. I just wanted to know if this is going to take it longer for my refund to process and maybe take longer than usual.

im having my sencond here in just 8 days gah! how was it, how did you feel afterwards both physically and emotionally just stories would be great. cant wait for this baby to be here!

so i am having my first sched c section last time it was an emergency. please do not try to talk to me about v bac im not a good candidate great for everyone that can do it, but its just not a good option for me so as long as baby is safe! this time i have two appt before hand first is a pre op opt were im signing papers what should i expect in this appt and then as well the day before surgery i have to go get labs like my blood drawn. just wondering why they do this is it so they have like blood on hand for a blood transfusion for me or just so they know my blood type. am i gonna have to get any shots or anything like that. lol sorry im just nervous very excited but nervous just want some stories from mothers that have been thru this stuff before! any help is awesome

so i used turbo tax this year ( dont make that mistake) and i filled it out for direct depoist it was supposed to be put into my acct on the 4th. unfortunatly i found out that there was a error on there part and im getting it by check now! now turbo tax is telling me the irs has it but they wont be putting it the mail until the 11th of this month then i will get it shortly after that however long the mail takes, but when i go the irs website weres my refund they are telling me i should have my refund check by the 8th of this month? so who should i go by. who do you think is the closer date that i will get my check. Im obviously hoping for the sooner date. just wanted to know how accurate that website is for the irs.

ok so i know this sounds stupid, but i am having my second son here in a about a month. I have been given a bunch of hand me downs!!! woo hoo seriously so helpful, and in one of my bags i was given a bunch of bottles one of the bottles is itsy bitsy. the bottle itself minus the nipple is about an inch long it says it holds 3 tsp or 15 ml so a very small amount it just has a regular nipple on the top. what would this be used for. all i can think of is maybe for medicine but the nipple is just a regular nipple with one hole nothing wide that a thicker medicine would be able to get through. if you have any idea it would be really helpful it seriously is the size of like a little girls baby bottle but its a real bottle lol! thanks for the help sorry i sound dumb

i am 36 weeks and I have been having some tightening of my abdomen. it seems to be in the lower portion my back does hurt a little but my back always hurts. The baby is also very active right now and has been pretty active for the last two hours that I have been experiencing this. It feels like a lot of pressure pushing outward. im also pretty uncomforatable when I walk around. I do not think its ligament pain i get that a lot but this doesnt feel like a sharp pain more like a discomfort. they seem to come and go. the pain is not crazy ive read about contractions and im hearing that they should make me in a lot of pain were i cant do anything. with my first child i was induced and i dont remember my contractions hurting me for a long time, and i went without and epidural for 18 hrs i only wanted one after they broke my water. and yes it hurt a lot near the end but in the first few hours it was not that bad. I just want some advice i dont wanna bother my dr if this is just braxton hick and have me come in and it end up being nothing. I am a worry wart and ive already bothered them enough before!

having sched c section what should i bring to the hospital for this :) just wanna make sure im prepared.

hello my lil man is transverse (sideways) and he is going to be a c section baby. and not because of being transverse he was a sched c section from the beggining due to previous c section. just wanted to know if he does not flip around will this make my c section any harder or will they have to make a different kind of incision anything like that.

i know im not going to because of my previous pregnancy i was 2 weeks late. well i probably wont you never know I am 35 weeks and 5 days just wanted to know if the baby would be ok if i did go into labor

ok so weird question. but in the last 2 days i have started to periodically feel a weird tingling almost kinda like a vibration feeling in my vagina it feels very low down. I had a drs appt on monday and then my baby was still transverse or sideways. He was more head down but his head was sorta near my right hip although he may have moved since then. lol 2 weeks ago he was transverse with his head near my rips he is a mover and a shaker! just wondering what this is or if anyone has experienced it before. It does not hurt at all just feels very strange i have never had a sensation like this before and not in my previous pregnancy with my first son. does this mean somethings happening like im dialating or something. I also never dialated with him on my own i had to be induced and then after no progression i was given a c section last time so i dont know if you can feel it sorry if this is a dumb question just wondering :) thanksfor the help

so I am currently 28 days away from my sched c section! I am so excited to meet this little guy. This is my second c section, but my first was an emergency after a very long labor. honestly I was so tired, and i had gotten my epidural about 20 min before the decided on the c section so things were a lil different. my main questions are first off will my back be numbed before i get my spinal block. i am really scared of needles and im pretty sure i have to go back alone to get prepped sooo just hope that i dont have to have that pain. i know im a wussy! also i know i have to get a catheter will that be put in after my body is numb or before sooo hoping before. any other advice from previous mothers with c sections would be great. Im hearing its easier to recover the second time around....any bonding problems after c section or breast feeding problems sorry im just nervouse and excited i cant help it im sure you know what i mean. any word back would be great thanks ahhh surgery is scary but it will soooo be worth it!

so i am 29 weeks pregnant, and as of yesterday i was having a girl. talked the dr into doing a confirmation of the sex and well apparantly its a boy!!! we had a name picked out for a girl, theme pretty much everything so now i need to figure out a name for a boy and i would appreciate some input if you guys dont mind. we already have a 3 year old little boy as well. and his name is linken we wanna stay with a name that is unique but not anything to crazy! we really do not like names that start with a vowel for a boy, please be creative think of names you dont hear alot or names that arent usually a persons name but work as one. lol that made no sense! help a girl out.

i apparantly cant spell. but who cares. so two questions here first of if i have a caregiver stated on my card can i still grow my own meds if id like. I honestly just want one or two plants enough to just save my self some money in the long run. and one more question i do have a child. we want to do this in a are shed that would be locked. are there rules against having a plant and having a child. If so id rather just dish out the money and buy it from a dispensary then risking my kid being taken away. please do not judge i have medicinal reasons for needing this and i dont need to be put down. plus its a plant grown in the earth and if i wanted an opinon on if it was right i would have asked that. I am just trying to legally comply. oh im in coloardo by the way if that makes a difference.

so i wanna help my kid with reading and im thinking about getting my baby can read. if youve heard about it or actually used it i would like some info on it! only thing is my son is 3 and the kids on the commercial are about 18 months. just wanna know if he is to old for this. my son cant read at all so i dont see how it would hurt him to get a leg up and learn a lil. he is not in preschool yet
