Im currently serving in Iraq and im looking for a DSN number that will allow me to call the Gurdon, Arkansas area with out the use of a phone card so i can make a moral call

I am currently serving out in Iraq and am being threatened with a military cease of action order due to a friendship i have with an individual of the opposite sex. We have done nothing wrong IE never cohabited or crossed the line of friendship. We pretty much talk and socialize when we have the chance and that's the limit of our friendship. I do value my friendship with this person and would rather not lose her company. So What i am trying to figure out is what all governs such an order and what, if any type of action warrants such an order. Can one be issued just on the idea or perception that a more serious relationship might in-sue? Also is there a specific time length such an order has in affect or is it a permanent order? I am an E-5 and she is a E-4 we are on two different shifts in the same unit in different shops. She is currently going through a divorce and at times needs someone to talk to about it.
