How long (time) is an object at zero velocity at the top of vertical trajectory?
I know it goes up, slows down, "momentarily" stops, before going back down. How long is the momentary pause? How is this calculated?

2 AnswersDecorating & Remodeling1 decade agoRight of Way for underground power/phone?
I purchased a heavily wooded lot. Need to run power about 2000 feet to where the house will be built. How much right-of-way (how wide a swath) will need to be cut thru the trees for underground power cables as opposed to overhead? For overhead, it will need to be wide enough to get the pole planter and hookup truck thru, but I don't know if the underground cable unit would require as much clearance.
3 AnswersEngineering1 decade agoHas anyone tried interviewing a group of realtors?
Considering having a bunch of realtors come to my house and individually pitch their plan to sell my house in the current market. Marketing strategy, reduction in commission, etc. My house has been on the market for over a year and has not sold (Atlanta area). Great house, low price, but cannot compete against new homes that builders are dumping for bargain prices. Other methods for getting the best deal with realtors?
4 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoWhy won't lender refinance a home that is listed for sale?
I have a home in GA. Was appraised at 300K for taxes a year ago. I have a 15 yr mortgage and owe about 190K. Market is bad, and I don't expect to sell for even 250K for a long time. Builders are selling similar NEW houses for 200K or less - I can't compete. I am probably not going to recover any more $ that I put into the house, so I want to reduce the payments. Would like to refinance to 30 yr mortgage to reduce monthly payments while market recovers enough to sell without giving away. If I pay closing costs for refinance, what does the lender loose if I sell the house in 6-8 months?
