I have felt this way for a long time. I used to hurt/cut myself but I cant now because im in the army and I don't want anybody to see. that might have stopped but the feelings have never gone away. It doesn't take much to put me over the edge to where I sit in my room and debate and wonder how easy it would be. I cant seem to get ahead with money, bills are creeping up on me. Every time life starts to look up I get blindsided with something stupid and down I go. I cant go see somebody because I don't want anybody to know. I live with roommates and if they knew they would feel bed and try to help. I don't want that. This is mine to deal with. I know I need help but I cant talk to anybody about it. I am 27. I should have my life together by now. I should not be where I am. What can I do to help myself?

I had to do a interview with my commander about re-enlisting. I told him I wasnt going to and I would be ets'ing on time. The naxt day they gave me a counseling statement saying that I would not be getting my E-5 because I had denyed re-enlistment. Can they do this?

my comp is messed up bad. I have the xpsecuritycenter virus and I have tried a ton of antivirus programs it wont go away but thats not why im here so please dont give me more programs to try. I am trying a system restore but every point i try after it reboots it says it cannot use that point and gives me a choice to try another or just continue without the changes. I got a I'm request on my yahoo messenger. When I accepted the window popped up like normal then another did that said "error running script on this page, would you like to continue?" when I click yes it pops up again and again. about 7 times then goes away but then when I type nothing shows up. now it happens when I try to I'm anybody on my messenger. Last night I was surfing the net and my computer started playing music and talking out of the blue. the only window that was open was the explorer. I brought up the task manager and it also said no additional windows were open. I have scanned my computer with "superantivirus" and "windows sweeper" and nothing. also sometimes when I open up a new explorer window it makes the "bong" sound and the window freezes, if it happens to work and I get to a page I cant click any of the links. I have to refresh before they work. What is going on and what should I do??
