Why are Pedi-Paws so popular?
I get the value of grinding nails vs. clipping them. But, why do people use devices like Pedi-Paws vs. a plain old Dremmel (or other non-name brand rotary tool)? To me it seems as though the guard would cause more of a risk of catching fur and pulling it, not to mention blocking a good view of the nail to see how short things are without stopping grinding. Is it quieter then a Dremmel (or Mini-Dremmel?) Faster/Slower? Or is it simply the marketing that gets them business?
