I haven't come across too many individuals who have made a successful transition from serious weight training to serious running. As I get older I find myself wanting to be leaner and more fit then muscular and bulky. My question to anyone who might help is what would realistically happen to my body physically if I went from serious weight training (4-5 times a wk) and flipped over to serious running (4-5 times a week). How much muscle would I lose over a 6 month period. I want to run a marathon next Feb so I figured I better start now......All advice is appreciated from all....

I remember back in my bad boy era when I didn't care about how women felt I had an easier time getting dates. Now that I'm reformed I find it more difficult. I don't have a problem meeting women, I'm just having a difficult time finding a good one.

I was dating this wonderful girl, but now things haved turned for the worst. She hasn't talked to me in a week and when we last talked she was very upset and used some lame excuse to be angry with me. I have backed off and waited for her to contact me, but it's the not knowing that hurts. I have plenty of other opportunites to date other women, but I can't help but think about only her.
