  • Anybody got a copy of Stephen Cosgrove's book Sooty Foot for sale at a reasonable price?

I can't seem to find this book anywhere for less than $200, and that's ridiculous for a 20-page paperback book; I don't care how "rare" it is!

  • 1997 Geo Metro 1.3. A/C is not kicking on....?

1997 Geo Metro 1.3. A/C is not kicking on. Fuses are good; relays are good. When compressor is jumped to the battery, it turns on and cools fine, but it is not engaging on its own when selected. The Service Engine Soon light is on. The code is low temperature reading. I don't know if this has anything to do with the A/C problem or not. There are no leaks in the A/C system.

  • 1996 Subaru Impreza Outback speedometer only goes up to 25 mph. Any thoughts?

I've got a 1996 Subaru Impreza Outback with a manual transmission. The speedometer seems to work fine up to 25 mph, but the speedometer won't go any higher, even though the car is going faster. Don't know if it makes a difference for someone trying to diagnose the problem, but the car does not have cruise control. Any thoughts?

  • Check engine light is blinking on & off. No codes when scanned. 1996 Subaru Impreza Outback.?

I have a 1996 Subaru Impreza Outback with a manual transmission. My check engine light is blinking. When I scanned it for the code, the scan tool didn't give any codes. With key on/engine off, the fuel pump cycles & the radiator fans kick on every 3 seconds. When cranked, the car runs fine, but the check engine light still flashes.

  • CMT video from 1998-2000. Song was sung by a young blonde girl. Setting was high school hallway, lockers, etc.?

Can't remember much more than that. Song was playing on CMT somewhere between late 1998 and mid-2000. She was basically a one-hit-wonder kind of gal. The song had a really funky, kind of un-country beat. It's driving me CRAZY! Please HELP!

  • My three year old daughter has a terrible fear of public restrooms. Any advice?

My three year old has a terrible fear of public restrooms. It wasn't caused by anything traumatic that happened inside one because the fear has been there since the first time I took her into one. She won't tell me why she's so afraid, but I think it's a combination of the smallness of the stall and the louder-than-usual flushing sound. She is finally doing great when it comes to potty training and now this! She gets REALLY scared, too. Her eyes get huge; she gets pale; she trembles all over, and if I do try to get her to stay in there (just stay in the stall with me while I use the potty), she starts crying and almost goes into hysterics. I can pretty much work around the problem by not being gone for extended amounts of time, but what happens if she still has the phobia when the doctor wants a urinalysis during her physical or when she starts school? I've been taking her when I go to show her it's okay, but it hasn't helped. Any advice? It's hard to see her so scared.

  • Has anyone out there used the ADP Payroll software with Windows Vista?

My company is upgrading its computers, all of which come pre-installed with Windows Vista. I'm the Payroll Clerk for my company, and we use ADP (Automatic Data Processing) payroll software. I've contacted ADP's technical support system, and they say they do not currently offer Vista support and don't know when they will. I'm just wondering if there are any ADP users out there who are now using this software on Windows Vista and whether or not they have encountered any problems.

  • Just wondering what make-up colors would work for me.?

My skin is fair-to-medium. My hair is medium brown with natural copper highlights. My eyes are brownish-green hazel. Not wanting anything major - just eyeshadow, lipstick, and maybe blush.
