We paid up front (stupid) for newborn photos and the photographer has failed to give up the pictures. We've set up times to pick them up and at the last second she makes up reasons why we can't get them. We've told her to mail them and she delays. How can we get our money back or get our photos?

An unknown number of left-handed and right-handed gloves have been haphazardly thrown into a large sack. How many gloves will you have to take out of the sack to be absolutely certain that you will have two of the same type?

For the names ending with a strong N sound I am thinking the middle name could be Rhys.

The family, (cousins and such) include Tristan, Aiden, Parker, Kadyn, Conner, Tyler so those names are out.

I love the name Aislyn- pronounced Aze lynn. The Gaelic name Aisling is pronounced Ash-leen. There is a french name Acelyn, pronounced Ace- lynn.

Some people are telling me I will look uneduated b/c I want to use an American pronounciation for my daughter rather than the Gaelic version.

This irritates me b/c Gaelic is an extinct language. Why should I use their pronounciation? I'm not using the oringinal name "Aisling." It is a much almost the Gealic version as it is almost the French name Acelyn.

Ais in American English has a long A sound like praise. If I wanted a Ash sound I'd spell her name Ashlyn or if I wanted the Gaelic sound Aisling- I'd spell it Ashleen.

I see people post over and over calling people's baby names weird, sometimes they are, but sometimes they are really popular names just newly in fashion...like Teagan or Caden. If a name is in the top 100 baby names for recent years, it's not That weird.

It's an evening game. It's dad's soccer team (people from work). I want to keep our son busy, safe near me (there is no play area) and happy, or at least not miserable.

Boys are not twins or multiples. There are about 2 years between each.

First boy- initials K. R. B.

Second boy initials T. A. B.

Third boy...can we give him another K. R. name or would that create issues within the siblings relationships.

For those who are familiar with the older Irish name...Name is not pronounced like the original name Aisling, that one is ASHleeng. I want A strong, long A not "ash". Ais like in Praise

I love the name Aislyn...only the traditional name is "Aisling" and the Irish pronounciation is Ash-leeng. I like the sound of "Ayeslin" Should I spell it Aislyn and pronounce it Aye slin the way I want or figure out some other spelling. We LOVE the name.

When teaching to write, should I correct how a preschooler (3yr old)grips a marker/crayon/pencil or just let them hold it as they will and scribble? What I'm doing now is not working, the child loves learning everything else (knows the letters/numbers/can count/even knows some state capitals) but when it's time to write he gets very frustrated.

I love the baby name Lorelei. The hubbs isn't on board. Can you think of some alternatives similar in feel, flow, or tone and give me some suggestions. Thanks.
