Where can I find contacts to "work" on rebuilding Haiti?
I am a licensed master plumber with 16 years of construction experience. I can not afford to volunteer, but am willing to work. I have tried to contact various organizations, with no response to date. I am very interested for contacts that could use my services. Thank you for your time
