I am planning on upgrading the graphics card that came with my computer and i have no idea what im doing when it comes to knowing the difference between two cards, i was looking at

Would anyone be willing to tell me which one would run games like mw3 and wow the best. I chose these two cards because i don't have a lot to drop on a card, and i was also wondering if a 400w power supply would be able to handle either one. If you know of one better than these two and around the same price let me know please. Thank you in advance for the help.

So a few years ago i was in a car crash and i broke some bones in my foot and sliced an artery and ever since i had that accident my ankle bone on the right side is just flat and its always swollen and it feels alot larger and harder around my ankle area then the same place on my inner left ankle. I went to my doctor and he said i should stretch it to fix it..? What do you guys think i should do? i think i may have broke it but they missed it or something.

So i have 2 year old Anatolian Shepard and when people come around and rough around and stuff my dog will like get on my lap or jump on me(not aggressively) grab the persons thats touching me like hitting or pushing and just push the arm away and when people are around me and show me love she has to get in the middle of it. And my question is..is this bad and should i get help?

Ive just recently bought crysis 2 but when i go to load it it says my graphics card isnt good enough and i was wondering how good this card would be for games mostly crysis 2 and wow:

Title says it all a small black box pops up and goes right away why is it doing this.

I have a Lenovo Windows 7 pc with a Pentium(R) Dual-Core 3.00 Ghz and 4 gigs of ram and while im playing online games such as wow i usaully get frame rates all over the place but usually between 15 and like 30 frames until i get to an area where there is 100+ people and i play on low to fair settings and i still get low frames and im wondering 1. if there a way to fix this 2. is my computer bad for games?
