    I recently won a case of unjustified dismissal. The company had used video "evidence" that had been obtained through a private investigator. The video shows myself and my family going about our normal daily activities on my property as well as in public places.

    Is it legal for the private investigator to keep copies of the videos for "training purposes" without my permission?
